The steel shaft consists of ridges terminating in a pierced steel point composed of mythical beasts.
Brass Finial with a stylized Makara grasped by a feline creature.

For a similar example can be found in the Metropolitan Museum, New York, Inventory No. 36.25.1868 and was also exhibited as a loan to the V&A Exhibition of the Maharaja: the splendor of India’s Royal Courts and published in the catalogue, No. 32. P45
